Sucrose stearate is a non-ionic O/W emulsifier or co-emulsifier for light, rather low-viscosity emulsions. It is very mild and has moisturizing properties as a sucrose ester. In principle, sucrose stearate is recommended for all skin types, but especially for dry and sensitive skin. The fine, white powder is 100% of plant origin and easily biodegradable. It is suitable for natural cosmetics.
