Our items are shipped after receipt of payment by DHL or Deutsche Post. Unless otherwise stated for individual products, goods are usually delivered within Germany within 3-5 business days. For deliveries abroad, the delivery time may be extended depending on the delivery location. Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.​

Delivery times begin after receipt of payment. For items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment as soon as all items are ready for shipment. Partial deliveries are possible upon request, but may result in different delivery costs.​

For deliveries within Germany, we charge per order:

Up to 3 kg: €6.95 incl. VAT

Up to 10 kg: €9.95 incl. VAT

Up to 20 kg: €15.95 incl. VAT

Up to 30 kg: €18.95 incl. VAT

Special information for international shipping

International shipping is currently carried out in different shipping zones, calculated based on shipping weight.

Please note that deliveries to non-EU countries are subject to additional customs duties, taxes, and fees levied in the respective recipient country.

Can I add something to my order later?

If you notice something immediately after completing your order, please call us at +49 9162-7103.

Can I have multiple orders shipped together?

No – due to automated processing, combining multiple orders is unfortunately not possible.

Is local pickup possible?

Yes – ordering through the store and paying in advance is possible. Please select "local pickup" during the ordering process. Pickup is available Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. by prior appointment. Payment on-site is not possible.

Where is my package? How do I track it?

After shipping, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation with a DHL tracking number – you can use this to track the delivery. If delivery is delayed, please contact us at info@aliacura.de.

What do I do if something is damaged or missing?

Please do not accept damaged packages or file a complaint immediately.

Is the item damaged inside? Please report it immediately by email to info@aliacura.de with a photo.

If an item is missing, carefully check the packaging. If an item is indeed missing, please send us an email to info@aliacura.de.

How can I cancel my order?

As a private individual, you have a 14-day right to cancel without giving any reason. Please use the cancellation form, which you can print out from our website, and return the goods well packaged and postage paid (postage paid is not accepted). Upon receipt, we will refund the amount to the payment method you used for the purchase.

Can raw materials also be used for food?

No – we only sell raw materials for cosmetic applications. They are not suitable for consumption, ingestion, or injection.

Can I request technical data sheets?

Yes – as a commercial customer, we are happy to provide them. Please send us a request via email to info@aliacura.de after your purchase. Private individuals are not entitled to these.

Is there a dealer discount or samples available?

Dealer discount: If you require larger quantities (than can be ordered from our shop), please send us an email request to info@aliacura.de. We will be happy to send you a quote.

Samples/Samples: Since we already offer our raw materials in very small quantities, we do not send separate samples.
