Sodium Cocoyl Glycinate is a biodegradable, sulfate-free surfactant that is characterized by very good skin and mucous membrane compatibility even in high concentrations. The highly viscous liquid is used as a base and co-surfactant and shows good foaming and cleansing properties. In combination with fatty acids or Cocamidopropyl betaine, it produces a lush, creamy, and stable foam. Sodium cocoyl glycinate can be used in facial cleansers, shampoos, shower gels, and bubble baths. Here, it leaves the skin feeling pleasantly soft due to its moisturizing properties and ensures better combability due to its conditioning effect.
