The high content of gamma-linolenic acid makes evening primrose oil very suitable for dry, mature, or flaky skin. The active ingredient oil supports the regeneration of the skin barrier and improves the skin's moisture retention capacity.
 
Evening primrose oil is produced by cold pressing. Due to the subsequent refining process, it has a longer shelf life than virgin evening primrose oil. Nevertheless, it should be stored in a dark and cool place.
