Myristyl Myristate is a plant-based wax certified by Ecocert. As a consistency enhancer, it gives body and a pleasant silky-powdery skin feel to o/w emulsions. Thanks to its low melting temperature close to body temperature, it shows good spreading behaviour and helps emulsions to spread better and be absorbed into the skin.
Myristyl Myristate is melted in the oil phase.
