Myristyl Myristate is an Ecocert-certified plant-based wax. As a thickening agent, it gives O/W emulsions body and leaves the skin feeling pleasantly silky and powdery. Thanks to its low melting point, which is close to body temperature, it spreads well and helps emulsions spread more easily and absorb into the skin.
