The cocoa butter is extracted from cocoa powder with supercritical CO2. The extract obtained in this way is then enriched with natural cocoa aromas. It smells wonderfully and very intensively of cocoa.
 
At room temperature, the product is a light brown solid with a creamy consistency that liquefies when slightly warmed. It does not contain any solvent residues or residues from inorganic salts or heavy metals.
 
Particularly suitable for fragrancing or flavoring care products.
