This apple extract is a yellow-brown powder. The liquid extract is concentrated in a gentle cold vacuum process and applied to maltodextrin (content 1-5%). The powder contains the water-soluble ingredients of the fruit:
 
- carbohydrates (mainly fructose and dextrose)
 
- organic fruit acids (alpha-hydroxy acids - predominantly malic acid)
 
- oligosaccharides
 
- amino acids
 
- vitamins (vitamin B6, niacin, vitamin C)
 
- mineral salts 
 
The moisture-binding effect of the apple extract has a positive influence on the moisture balance of the skin and hair and helps the skin to maintain its elasticity and softness.
 
The powder does not contain preservatives.

Processing:
Dissolved in a little water, stir into the cooled emulsion, or into the shower gel or shampoo formulation.

Tip:
The aqueous solution of the apple extract powder reacts acidic.
